Meet the Team

At DoDream Counseling, our clinicians are bilingual professionals fluent in English and Korean, and many have experience working across cultures and immigrant communities.
We proudly serve clients in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia, offering both in-person and telehealth services.

Our team brings together diverse expertise — from child and adolescent counseling to adult psychotherapy, parent coaching, and behavioral consultation — with one shared mission:

  • Sang Lee is the Founder and Executive Director of DoDream Counseling.

She is passionate about developing and delivering culturally sensitive, high-quality mental health services within the community — especially for the Asian-American population.

With more than a decade of clinical experience, Sang has dedicated her career to creating accessible, evidence-based care models that bridge cultural gaps and empower individuals and families to thrive.
Her leadership philosophy centers around people, connection, and support — values that guide every aspect of DoDream’s work.

Outside of her professional role, Sang loves meeting new people, enjoying great food, and spending time with her amazing team.
She finds joy in life’s simple connections — whether sharing laughter with her colleagues or relaxing with her beloved dogs, Daisy and Willow, alongside her two daughters and loving husband.
